Club Fixtures

The Summer Schedule runs from May to September, the Winter Schedule is from Sept 4th to April 30th.

In winter, maximum distance shot is either 50m or 60yds. On ‘Frostbite’ days, all shoot maximum of 30m.

Winter indoor shooting is at Wickenden Hall, Purley, currently Thursdays 7pm-9:30pm from Sept 4th to April 30th.

All of our shooting events are classed as “non record status tournament” days which allows archers to shoot for Club trophies, awards, a classification and a handicap; provided a correctly completed score sheet is submitted (on paper, or via an app).

We award trophies and medals for the summer and winter competitions.

Members may also undertake the Club’s “252” scheme – a way to challenge yourself to improve your shooting. This is particularly useful to newer Club members. Remember, you cannot earn either a classification or a handicap from shooting these rounds.

Details of county championship and open shoots can be found on the Surrey Archery website.
